Album Description:

At 1,943 ft. deep, it's one of the deepest in the world. It's 5 miles wide and ringed by cliffs 2,000 feet high. The lake rests in the shattered remains of a volcano called Mount Mazama, which erupted and collapsed into itself 7,700 years ago.

  • This must be the most photographed Crater Lake en yet all look so different. This is a very beautiful album Rick and I also like the views away from the lake.   • This is another beautiful album. I love the blue lake color and the color of the mountains in contrast. I was reading the story of the volcano above, then it ended abruptly. There was a time WS had a problem cutting off the ends of our descriptions. It was happening to me too, but I think now is resolved. I'll sure be back to look more at your albums.
