We have just returned from New Mexico. We took a trainride from Chama up to Colorado through the mountains. I am getting an album together of the train and of the mountains. I love your pictures. We are headed to the four corners next.

Beautiful album! Some of the best pictures I've ever seen! Now I want to go visit the Midwest. I wanted to comment on every one of these pictures, but unfortunately I lack the time and creativity! Amazing, amazing job!

I sure appreciate your eye for scenery(s). I have explored parts of our American West too - with the same eye of appreaciation that you exhibit here. A picture is worth a thousand words. You may find Edward Abbey's philosphy and writngs = his thousand words = to something very worthwhile ? Explore him at http://www.abbeyweb.net. A real pleasure to enjoy your camera WORK(s) ! - Sincerely, Seattle

Awesome album. The color saturation and lighting are great. Details of the clouds, true blue skies and textures of the grounds are one of my favorite photographic qualities. Excelent, well done. BTW, thank you very much for your wonderful comments on my album 'Kingston Winter'. Best regards. Lito

Hi Fred, these are gorgeous photos. You've done a wonderful job capturing the colors and textures of the southwest. You must have had a great trip. I grew up not far from this area but it has been years since I've been able to spend time enjoying the scenery there. Thank you for your comment on the Lincoln Memorial photo. We will indeed visit there again and honor Lincoln when we're in Washington DC next month. My daughter (who was 3 in that photo from 10 years ago) is looking forward to it, now that she has learned so much about him in school. Best, Marisa

Hello Fred, you have posted great photos which show your happiness and joy to take those shots. Your photos are very inviting and wonderful to view especially associated with travel. You have great eye to capture landscape scenery!!!! Thank you so much for your generous and kind note under "cowboy and cows" image. Please accept New Year wishes of peace, hope and love for today, tomorrow and always. Seems that time is passing faster and faster every year. To enjoy 2007 year I whish you many more opportunities to capture those special "magic moments". Happy New Year! Kind and friendly greetings, Rafal, PS. At the same time…Last October we went to China with superbly organized tour for 18-days called “The Highlights of China”. It was a huge eye opener and a mind boggling experience. I would like to invite you to view some albums already posted under 2000 and soon 2200.

I saw your cover shot when it was alone in the album - maybe you were just beginning to upload; I'm not sure, but it is so clear and sharp. Now I'm off to take a look at the rest of them!
