Thank you so much for your comments on my photos, and for alerting me to the fact that you have visited Antartica and have shared photos of your trip here on Webshots!! I will be returning often to view all of your spectacular albums. I also look forward to seeing your photos from Ireland next year...I know you and your wife will both love it, as I did!

Eric, this is a stupendous album, a proportion that only awesome Nature can provide. The fjords, the ice floes, the misty mountains interspersed with wild flowers, the birds and the guanacos add so much colour and variety to this rugged landscape. I enjoyed the album very much. We travelled all the way to Peru last year, but did not have time to go to Chile, though it is very much on our 'must see' list; we will get there soon. Thank you for sharing these beautiful pictures. Best wishes, Suresh

Thank you so much for your nice comment on my featured album. Arizona is one of my favorite places in the world and I try to go to the Sonora Desert Museum at least once a year. I also have photos on another site you might enjoy called www.usefilm.com Really enjoyed your shots of your travels through the Antarctica glacier areas. I've been to Alaska and seen some beautiful shots but nothing this spectacular. Lucky you! Thanks again (Bella)

You have numerous splendid images in the album Eric; too many to compliment individually, though if it wasn't so late here, I'd go back and view the entire images, as the slide show lops off the pics. I don't know why it's set up that way, as it doesn't do quality images any favours. Best Wishes from Ron

Hello Eric, Congratulations on creating a fascinating album of wildlife and scenery. I wonder about the wreck of MV Logos - what the history of it was. I see you have some lovely clouds around the mountains. Thank you for the info on the cloud appreciation society. I have had a visit and think it very interesting. Well worth bookmarking! Joyce

Hi Eric, This is a great gallery. You photographed many subjects I completely missed. I've been slow getting additional photos on my site. I took 1200 pictures at a fund raiser for my grandson's school and have been doing post production. In addition I had my ebay identity stolen while selling some camera gear on ebay. Very unnerving. Ebay is slowly resolving the problem. Regards, Mike

Eric- Thanks for your review of my ice sculptures of Antarctica. Sounds like we were there at the same time. Our trip was through Overseas Adventure Travel Dec 16th to Jan 3rd. We flew to Buenos Aires and then to Ushuaia and took a nine day cruise with wonderful weather. We got 7 landings, but only saw two kinds of penguins. Still it was lovely. We are going to Africa later this year and Costa Rica. and im getting a new camera with more telephoto capability for that! Regards, Kem

Hi Eric, Yet another fantastic album. Your travels make me a very jealous man indeed. Perhaps one day I too will be abler to travel to such far off places and attempt to capture the beauty nature has to offer. I'll just have to settle for the beauty of Scotland for now. We have some snow now at long last :-) Best wishes to you Eric. I look forward to your next albums, as always. Craig

Hi Eric, I just started viewing your photos. Excellent work! I definately have some better shots of you. At least 3 or 4 are on smugmug in one or more of the galleries. I took about 4,000 shots on the trip with the two camera I had with me. I really enjoyed talking with you during our adventure and I was fascinated by your presentation on your initial voyage to Antarctica. I would like to thank Valerie for her all of her positive comments but I do not know how to contact her. I seem not to be able to, though smugmug. I'll be in touch after I look at more of your galleries. Best Regards, Mike

WOW Eric! I don't know anyone else who gets around like you do! This is the most fantastic album,i was going to comment on individual photos but i would be here all night! LOL.I especially love the mountains, glaciers, wonder ful birds & the Guanaco. Never heard of those, but i guess they are related to Llamas. Thanks for your recent entries in my GBs.I too think that ruin in Castleton http://community.webshots.com/photo/2977451400058860930GkBiCl is an old mill, from the road all those windows made it look more like a church. Hello Eric, looking at this album makes me understand what you said in your invitation, 'camera in hand for 18 hours per day & only sat down for meals!' I looked at it several times amazed by the beauty of the scenery, the birds and other animals, the flowers and the trees - there are ALWAYS trees! How did you store so many pictures?!?!?! I am sure you took man, many more than published here!!! Your pictures are magnificent in quality and in the composition, the point of view - I am speechless - and I am happy you could make this dream come true!! - Galit
