Hallo Merike, how are you!? It was so nice to hear from you. Thanks for looking again at my car. It stands now at the exact place, but it is so dirty you wouldn't believe it. We had some days of Hamsin' that is a hot wind coming from the South, from the desert. It comes with a lot of dust and sand and in addition to that we had some drops of rain, which washed the air but it all came down on whatever was outside. --- You showed here Barcelona from a very special side. Night shots are the most difficult that I can imagine - and you did very well! You always find views much different from what everyone gets. That's exactly what I like in your albums. :-) Have a great weekend. - Galit

Hi Merike, I have greatly enjoyed this album. It has allowed me to see things that I did not see during my visit, as I was staying with a Catalan family, so after nine or ten at night, I was indoors and sound asleep by eleven. Noise carried easily though the flats, especially as people kept their windows open due to the heat, so we had to be very quiet. In the usual tourist situation it is different. However, I was glad to be able to stay with the family and experience everyday life from their point of view, as it taught me more about the Spanish character than the more superficial view you get as a tourist ever could.
