Hello Mary Ann, I appreciate this album. Thank you for sharing it with us. I like the courtship dance and wedding dance. The community is involved. Blessings, Gloria Queens, NY

Hello Mary Ann! You certainly were in the right place in the right time. This is gorgeous; love the photographs. Thank you for your message. Yes, tradition is a very important for bonding; it passes on the cultural heritage to the children who, then, understand and appreciate their roots; it is a cement that binds communities together. Thank you for capturing and sharing such enduring moments. Something like this would have had me spellbound. Best wishes, Suresh

Mary Ann, where are these tribes? are they from where you are from in the Phillipines? Looks pretty wild..it's great that these types of traditions are kept alive and going within the midst of our every changing and developing world. Thanks for sharing these. Hugs, Kelli

Mary Ann, this, too, is a very interesting album. You were in the right place at the right time. Were you aware this festival would be going on while you were there? Did you plan the timing of your trip for this? Carol

Hi Mary Ann. I am overwhelmed with the beauty of your country and the people of the Philippines brought to life through your camera lens. I downloaded so many of your photos to my screensaver. I visited the Philippines once up in the north near Laoag. I see there is much more to see but if I don't get a chance to travel your country extensively I am experiencing the next best thing through your photos. Thanks for sharing them. Jerry Hessel

Mary Ann, Wow. Thanks for sharing this album. It is a front seat view of the Ifugao tribal celebration worth a National Geographic special edition, I would say. Great takes! Ding
