Hey Dan, I always enjoy paging through this album. I'll be in Taiwan for the next 2 1/2 weeks. Mostly I'll be in the Taipei area, but we'll also be spending some time in Hualien, and places in between. Any suggestions of places I should definitely check out? Feel free to drop me a message. I'll have my computer with me while I travel. Currently I'm in Seoul (connecting flight). I'll be taking off for Taipei in about 3 1/2 hours! ~Jeff

Your photography belongs to the latter category on both counts. Excellent shutter speed control of the waterfalls; the nightlights of the cities are impeccable; and so are the portrats - all are simply outstanding. highsierran has used his lens in such a masterful way that I would love to see him tackle the greatest photographic challenge in Taiwan, if not the eastern world. I am refering to TOROKO from Hwalien to Leeshan. My first trip across Taiwan was in 1974 and I have yet to see any photographs that depict the marvel of the mountains and canyons carved by water and nature. Having lived in Taiwan for 24 years I feel that highsierran has captured the real Taiwan scene as few ever have before.
