Hallo Marita, da bin ich wieder! Germany was wonderful, because this time I went to a friend in Stuttgart after meeting all the family. Somehow I was thinking about you all the time. I remember that your are from that area.(??) On my way back a friend gave me an DVD with the first Garfield Movie in German - 'to polish my Umgangsdeutsch'. She was right, I forgot a lot! *** I am touched you went for me to take pictures from Sago Palms. What a coincidence! They look magnificent right now and they are everywhere here in my little town, hundreds of them. You know I didn't mean you with the 'living fossil' :-) You make me laugh - and I make you cry! Tse, tse, tse, tse! No, I did not get to close to the Stachelschwein part of the plant but I had a lot of bad experience with the Cacti!!!! Yes you can use the little ones growing around the main trunk. And you can grow them easily from the seeds!!! What about your album? Still taking pictures?? I had once a Bonsai Cycad, but I grow too big so I found a spot outside. Since then I am watching them. Thanks for your many comments, I am happy you enjoyed the album. Marita, thanks for visiting my Coral tree. It's always great to hear from you! Regarding the tree, it does grow in Australia as well. Actually, most of the trees that are featured in my albums are native to Australia, it seems that the climate is very similar to Israel. As for picture #12 that you wish I can use it in one of the future contests, I will have to find a site that welcomes vertical pictures... as opposed to Webshots and their creative challenges. Marita, I hope that you'll visit us soon. I'm sure that you'll find many that will want to be your private tour guide! Meanwhile, I'm glad that I can show you some of my country with my albums. I share your frustration due to the cut album descriptions, it should be so easy to fix but they prefer the much easier solution -ignoring the problem. I predicted that the description of my album of Nazareth will be cut and therefore I added the same info on the caption of the first picture in the album. Not the best solution, but that's another way to bypass problems at Webshots...Do you see any difference between contacting customer support and complaining in the forum? I believe you're ignored in both cases... I really do not understand why they have customer support if they are not willing to support the customers. I wish you a wonderful weekend! Yair.

My dear Marita, you really did a great job with this album! A trully wonderful and diversified collection! I really enjoyed all of them. Marita this is a perfectly awesome album! I love how diverse it is! It brings back memories of my trip to Cali. some 27 years ago....and yea..you're right...Oregonians do have a bit of a Hatfield and McCoy thang goin on...we have a kind of love/hate relationship.. don't we?...however...I can admit it is a fabulously beautful state...AND I DO love OLD Hollywood ...having an Uncle in it and all....I also LOVE your song choice..It's one of my all time favorites! when I was a kid...I had a seance on my 13th birthday (why my mom let that happen I don't know!) and tried to summon the spirit of Mama Cass...we had her song in background! lol!!!( Also a candle on top of my dads bear rug...head...LOLOL!!!) she didn't show up...but neither did John Kennedy!!
