Hi Arie, This is a wonderful album! When I visited Alsace, it was freezing cold and the sky was grey, so I greatly appreciate this colourful pictures shot in spring or summer. What a wonderful album! We lived nearby in the Lorraine region in 1964-1966. Your album brought back many wonderful memories. Does Gerardmer still have the wonderful daffodil festival in spring? I praticularly enjoyed your Alsace photos. It brought back a lot of excellente souvenir of the area. Having had the oportunity to live 5 years in Lahr Germany my family and I grew very fond of the Alsace area and spent many enjoyable hours visiting the many villages.I have good memories of Equisheim for its circular village, Ribeauville for the Kuggeloff festival, the castle at Koeningsbourg and the creek running between houses in Kayserberg. A most enjoyable stay one I hope to repeat someday. Thank you for the memories. Amicalement Claude

What a pity, page 10 is the end!! I was hoping for plenty more. Most enjoyable album and I am looking forward to your others with great anticipation. Actually, I am hunting for Leuchttuerme/lighthouses/ phare/ lanternia, and somewhere a bell is ringing that associates akoene100 with Sentinels of the Sea somewhere. Not to worry. A voir toutes ces petites villes d'Alsace avec vos yeux me fait envie d'y aller le prochain joli dimanche. Malgré d'habiter près de Bâle, j'avoue de n'avoir jamais visité ni Colmar ni Koenigsbourg. C'est un vrai péché d'omission qu'il faut remédier le plus tôt possible! Merci de m'avoir montré cette région merveilleuse.
