Corfou m'a l'air d'etre un endroit fabuleux qui merite un detour comme on dit... Bravo encore et ne soit pas trop deçu par Webshots : tu nous priverais de tes beaux albums et ce serait bien dommage. Jacques, what an amazing album! It is one part of Greece, the Ionian part, that I have missed in my earlier travels. Thank you for giving me a glimpse of it. It is enchanting, rural and very Greek. Your photography , as always, highlights not just the architecture, the beaches etc., but also the incredibly beautiful shells, local taverns, the flora, and the captivating ambience that is uniquely Greek. I have looked at the album twice over, and I am sure I will come back for more. It is truly a pearl, and you have set it in fine velvet. Mon tres cher Ami, j'ai justement recu votre invitation! Went immediately into the Desktop Installation and looked at the album on the big screen! Encore une beaute, biensur!This island seems to be a place made for explorations! You discovered so many things: shells, flowers, tavernas, spleeping houses and churches, narrow streets with a particular charm AND, above all, you gave us those magnificent views from land towards the Ionian Sea!Thank you for this particular pearl that I can enjoy ONLY through your photos! Hi Jacques, and thanks for invite me to see Corfù album. You are right. Corfù is more green of Ciclady Island. For sure than Santorini ehich is vulcanic island. An enchanting tour round the more rural parts of Corfu. I guess you did the City on your previous trip & saw the English connection of the City centre cricket pitch then! Loved those flowers. Many thanks for your kind words on my wild about west Norfolk album. It is so easy to get wildlife photos here as we are surrounded with nature reserves & woodland. If I visited 2 per day, I do not think I could visit all in a month even if the weather was kinder than it has been this year. Eric
