  • Thank you Hank for taking the time to view my Italy Pt.3 album. We went to Italy in May 2004 and hope to return to do the most southern part, as our trip took us as far as Capri. We can't get enough of Italy, there's so much to see and do, two weeks just isn't enough time...Jules

  • Ciao Henry, What a wonderful album of Italy. Your album has all the things I missed on our Cosmos tour - 2004. Would sure like to be your friend. Hope you find the time to view my pictures and let me know what you think about them. I'm off to view more of your works, I'm sure with the same excitment as this one...Jules

  • Hello Henry. Thanks for stopping by my Venice album. I have taken another look at your album and find it hard to believe that I was here in all these 3 amazing cities just a couple of weeks ago. Albeit that I had a wonderful time the weather wasn't that great. It was very cold, we had torrential rain and a snow storm in Florence. However having said that, the sun did shine at some point in each city, (a blue sky makes such a lot of difference when taking photos, I think!!) I am hoping to return to Rome this summer to stay with friends. Probably be there for 3 weeks, all being well. Enjoyed revisiting your album. Thanks for the memories. Jayne/England

  • Hi Henry. I see you finally made it to Italy. What did you think of this country that I am just crazy about!! In particular how did you find Rome? If you visited in August, it is really not the best time to see the city. The reason for that it that it's just too hot and it's full of tourists, sorry. It has been a joy to browse your album. Having lived in Rome and spending countless holidays there over the years, I am always intrigued to see this awesome city through someone else's eyes. I consider Rome to be my second home and am in fact planning a trip there next Easter, all being well. How long did you spend in the eternal city? Probably not long enough. Actually, my very first trip to Italy (hitch hiking) when I was just 18 years old and was working in Belgium, stopping at all the major cities from Milan to Naples, the city I fell in love with then was Florence. Since then though, Rome, naturally has become my all time favourite. I do so hope you came away with wonderful memories of Italy. Take care. Jayne x

  • Thanks for the photos of Rome. I downloaded Trevi Fountain for my desktop and screen saver.
