Hello again Suresh, delighted to have another look at this album. I am reminded of comments by Americans on my voyage about the place of your next trip, they said - "Alaska has nothing on this" hope you have a good time & think the same when you get back. Thanks for the info, I am sure you know A&K have a web log of the voyages of Minerva. I have bookmarked it & so can follow your voyage vicariously every day! It will give me my "fix" of ice nicely, might even see you in your red parka if they include you in a photo they post, LOL. I have had several TV progs from Antarctic & Arctic to view recently, so have been well pleased. Best wishes. Eric

A beautiful album, and a wonderful comment on Alaska's magnificence. To travel there, is indeed, a humbling experience. I traveled to Alaska in June (though I missed the inside passage), and of course I have an album of photos from that trip on Webshots. I see you were fortunate enough to see Denali in all its splendor! I did not see the entire mountain during my trip, due to cloud cover.

Suresh this has been as usual a visual delight. A contrast to some of the other beautiful places you have visited and portrayed so beautifuly to us. I am certain you enjoyed this trip. Your attention to detail with your comments is appreciated and adds so much to your images. I have often said that I would like to visit Antarctica, (a bit nearer to South Australia). A friend worked there for over 8 months and was deafend by the noise of silence when he arrived. However when he returned to civilisation he found it very hard to adapt back to noise, neon, peole and technology. I have really enjoyed this album Suresh and appreciate the effort yo have put into creating it. I also thankyou for your continual support and appreciation of my images, it means a lot to me. I just wish I had more time and internet access to reply and visit much more often. warm wishes and thanks Susan.

Dear Suresh, As usual, your album is a treat. You have definitely captured much of the grandeur of Alaska, from the magnificent views of Mount McKinley to the wonderful colors and details of ice. I also loved your fungi macros and your great captures of the muskox (first time I see one) and the caribou. The fall colors are of course spectacular. Finally, the lovely portrait of the native girl adds a beautiful smile to this album. I've had a great pleasure visiting Alaska through your album. Take care and best wishes, Orly

Hello Suresh, thanks for this great tour through your stunning album and for your detailed descriptions in the captions about history and today's numbers, about geology facts and so many more. I am delighted about the green areas, I didn't think about a summer in this area. :-) It is amazing how you can evaluate from some height the depth of the water by the color of the water! The flow of the glaciers is very impressive - and so are the numbers about fresh water on earth! Wow!! -- Suresh, thanks for the wonderful tour! And thanks for looking at my last new albums! And some more thanks for some more details about the Lagerstroemia with colors I have never seen here. - Galit

Suresh, I have never seen such a stunning & comprehensive album of Alaska. Yes you were the fortunate ones to find such good weather, we were dissapointed by that on our trip. Your superb camera work in Glacier bay showed me what we could not see. One of our passengers said to a Park ranger 'it is not like the brochures' - reply - 'if we showed it how it is, no one would come', I kid you not! thankyou for giving me my 'fix' of fantastic ice pictures for this week. Dear Suresh . I have a question to you. I was ten years ago on a 7 days boat trip to the eastern Caribian islands. The boat was fantastic, and so the food - (but to much) . The islands ( Martinic , Barbados,St' marten and more) where a little disappontment.....Much poverty, little to see. I'm not a snob, I blame myself, as a year before I was on a long few weeks trip to Singapur,Indonesia and the island of Bally. I saw there tempels , forests, lakes and real otentic culture. There is no compare - as the rain forest in the islands is like small public gardsn compare the large rainforest in Sumatra. So I wonder if the trip you took to alska left you with a big will to returen - a sign of a big satisfaction. Greetings - RAN P S : I will be in few days in north Italy for a 2 weeks vacation.

Dear Suresh, I remade part of my two trips in Alaska with joy and discovered other parts we did not visit; I viewed several times this wonderful album despite the wonderful weather we have outside so I was attracted by your experience on our common visit in this wilderness grandeur; The pink sky image is for me a super wonder, more than a Turner painting! All my congratulations, if we know that You only deliver excellence, we are always amazed by the results of your harvest! Jacques

You did Alaska justice - It's so hard to match the magnificence of such a vast and beautiful place, but you should be proud - I was there this last Spring and know exactly what you mean about Alaska. Loree

Dear Suresh, this album is splendid. You can try the taste of peace and calmness of these places through your pictures. You invoke our five senses, you transport us and one can enjoy and travel with you during the slideshow. As always, very illustrative. Thank you very much for your art and dedication. My kindest regards from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Suresh, I have just viewed this marvelous album in full screen slideshow and I am speechless. This is my dream vacation and you have captured the breath-taking grandeur as I would imagine it to be. Actually, no, your marvelous photographs are more than one can imagine. I, for one, can't thank you enough for all the time and effort you have expended in creating this jewel for our enjoyment. I am sure that taking the photographs was the fun part of this project, while all your in-depth informative descriptions show your comnmitment to sharing what you have experienced and learned with the Webshots community. A mere Thank You doesn't seem adequate....but it is heartfelt. You have been blessed to have made this fantastic journey and have, in turn, blessed us. I will be back over and over again to experience nature at it's finest via your album. Thanks again. Best wishes, Carol
