great pics ! I was there too in July was upset no Yosemite falls and low water but still place is incredible .I love Toulumne Meadows Props for the Dog Lake pics

Hi again Lorraine, congratulations on the feature. It is a remarkable place, we did the same route over Tioga in Fall 03. Did not have time to stop at Merced grove much as I would have liked to (we had already been to Sequoia NP) but the twisted junipers at top of Tioga on the bare rock I found facinating, well worth an examination if you ever go that way again. noted your town of origin, I usually get clocked as from there even after 30 years in Norfolk but actually from Staffs!
