I have enjoyed your tour of Rio tremendously. My husband and I were lucky enough to spend a few days in Rio years back and saw for ourselves some of the beauty this magnificent city has to offer. Wow, 677 images. I was unable to delve very far into the depth of this massive tome, but from what I could see, you definitely captured the scenes and sights of this city well. It was a pleasure to me to see an album of this size featured, as I have one with about half that many images I am hopeful will be featured at some point and was fearful that they did not feature albums with that many images. Anyway, sorry I could not view them all, but you have a lot of excellent photographs. I hope to come back and see the rest of them at some time later.

Extensive album & best photos I have seen of Rio, but you did not include the Maracana stadium & cable car to Sugar loaf. The two things I remember most about my 2 days there a long long time ago! Is the Florida bar still there at foot of radio building in Praca Maua?. Congratulations on the feature. Eric

Hi, Roberto, what a wonderfull album, and it took me right back,because I was living in Rio, Ipanema from 1950 - 1960, and went to school to Colegion Notre Dame, Ipanema, Rua Barao da Torre 308. It was so nice to see the city again with your eyes. In 1960, we went back to Germany, and now I live in Sydney/Australia since 1983. Never had the opportunity to speak portuguese, since then. So lost a lot from the language, but still understand and can read. I am enjoying your albums a lot, it brings so many beautifull memories back, I am getting all emmotional.Many times was sitting at the rocks in Arpoador with friends, which sorrily lost contact with them over the years.
