amber, that has GOT to be the most beautiful, original sl tubed de rosa professional i have ever seen!...and i have see more than my fair share on a quest to build a replica of my de rosa that i used to race back in the mid-80's. truth is, it is not too easy to find nice, columbus SL framed de rosas in my size (or any size for that matter,again). are you the original owner? you look far too young, but who knows, you could be! i would love to hear the story. in any case, my story is quite simple...i have bought every single component NOS, or as close to be that nobody would ever be able to tell, so replicate my old SL tubed De Rosa from about '85. i've got everything, except the frame. btw, what size is yours...55 or 56? i'm probably looking for a 53 or 54, and hope you hold onto yours for a lifetime (especially if you are the orig owner). i am SO bummed i sold mine so many years ago. dummy. so, i hope if you know of any de rosas for sale you can send them my way. as i said earlier, i have every old (but brand new, NOS) component ready to go on this bad boy, except for the frame...i have the SSC 28 hole rims laced, tied and soldered to campy hi lo hubs, vittoria cx seta and vittoria cg rear tires (all NOS), campy sr brand new headset, bottom bracket, 170 cranks, etc etc. i've rambled on too long and not sure you even know of anybody that can help me find a frame, but why not try? my email address is : davidrrbam@hotmail.com you'r de rosa is gorgeous! hope it brings you many miles of pleasure! take care, david
