Another beautiful album of the country - it is fun to see what I am missing. I left MN many years ago when my dad found work in Michigan - have not been back in a lot of years since the grandfolks died. - Best regards, DeeAnne

Well if it makes you feel any better NO GOLD here (just oil, lol). It always makes me mad, our leaves just turn brown and drop between the 60 degree days and the 90 degree days like on Wednesday! So what colour you did find, I really appreciated and loved. You do live in a very beautiful place up there Sharon. I hope you are doing well. I've been absent for a few months now and just now returning to catch up! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving you and Clarence and the Family, o.k.! Big hugs from Texas. Marita

Hi Sharon, Thanks for the invite, sorry it took me so long to get here. Your fall colors may not be as good as usual but you did see some pretty scenery. I liked the waxwings. Hugs, Cynthia

Dear Shron. What a great and most beautiful album. You are so lucky to leave in a place that the fall is realty and not as here in Israel. ( we have here a light winter with 30 months of 400 m"m rain only, no snow and no opportunity to see changing colours and so called "Indian summer")Ran

Hi Sharon,,,,,,,, It seems you found a little of fall but your color there was nothing like ours here. thats too bad. I guess the weather has a lot to do with it.You did find some nice scenic views though and captured them well. Hugs,, Christy

Hi Sharon. Thanks for inviting me to see how Fall looks where you live. I enjoyed seeing what you found. I have to say that Autumn here in the Midlands has been rather disappointing this year too. Not many days with sunshine and blue skies, except for this last week and when you work all day you are limited to getting out and about with your camera. Take care. Hugs, Jayne xx

Never fear Sharon, the season will turn and the colours will arrive. Unless of course, climate change has you living in a subtropical zone, in which case you should look out for leaches and biting insects. What an interesting album that would be! For now, though, I'll just enjoy this one, and thank you for sharing your lovely images. Hugs and best wishes from Keith.

Hello Dear Sharon, Thank you very much for all your nice care! Thank you so much for seeing my new photos! So sad to have lost Minverva, but so happy to see your wonderful photos. Hi Sharon...I enjoyed seeing your new "Searching for Fall" album. I see Patsy already spoke for finding fall in Florida, although we did find some - see my newest album: http://community.webshots.com/user/ladybug591 This weekend we hope to connect with Carol [albertsville] and her husband so who knows, there may be more new photos! :o) ... Hi Sharon! As you said, the color wasn't as strong as it gets but it was still very pretty. I liked the shots from the lookout, the countryside is beautiful. I also like the shots of the waxwing. I don't think I've seen one before, not even a photo of one. Tahnks for sharing mate! Hugs Al

Hello Sharon, you were searching for the fall ... but found most beautiful scenery, reflections, floating waters, a wonderful river, a lovely bird (posing so nicely for you!) and for the end a spectacular sunset... And you created a beautiful album. I enjoyed viewing it! Thank you for share. Love. Claudia

Thanks for the invite to this wonderful album. I know what you mean about trying to catch something special in the autumn air. Sometimes this is the most extraordinary season, other years simply ordinary. It takes an unusual combination of rain in the summer, cool weather early in the fall, and then some good fortune, but when all those elements come together, the views are out of this world! Perhaps next year... Fred

I plan on searching for fall too. Not to be found here in Florida yet. Usually about December and January. But up north that's another story, especially above 4000 feet.

Nice album, Shar! We did find some gold last Saturday, in western WI. Between Danbury and Grantsburg. Hope next fall is more colorful! Here's what I found this year: http://outdoors.webshots.com/album/560869094LVVfss
