  • Jacques, I lived for some years in Abu Dhabi, where I left in 1980. I last visited in 1982 and although I knew it had changed a lot, I am astounded by these fantastic shots of yours. I always enjoy your albums, but this one is very special to me (also of course the Buenos Aires album).   • Bonjour Jacques,c'est un album qui m'avait echappe ! Je ne connaissais pas Abu Dhabi : c'est encore un endroit extravagant pour nous europeens. Tout est neuf, propre mais cela a un certain charme quand on n'a pas a ressentir la chaleur qu'il doit y avoir a certaines periodes. Encore un bel album tres reussi. Bien amicalement. Ange

  • Jacques, another amazing journey to a place that is not standing still! The contrast between the old & the new is unbelieveable. I am always in wonder as to how thse tall slim minarets stand up, I presume they do not get our gales. I guess thse veggies in the market are not grown there & possibly a lot of 'air miles' are involved. Eric
