Hi Suresh, It was a great pleasure to go through this very beautifuland interesting album. It made me remember the last walk I had through the empty corridors of Angkor Wat, thinking about who had walked there many centuries ago. I had not yet left Cambodia and I already felt nostalgia. Thanks so much for sharing and kind regards from Heleen

I think I have just had the privledge of attending a travelogue that seems - would be traveling around to different universitys in the world - usually for only special showings to - professors only. Thanks from "me" for (feeling like) I just pulled one off by - slipping into one of these special showings un-noticed when the lights were out :) I don't know how many books it would take to match what you put together here!? And I doubt thier photography would match yours! So, thanks for a travelogue of epic quality!!! It makes me curious about Angkor Wat... what if anything is being done by that government to maintain such a place" Or, if some kind of international organization is involved? I'd "guess" there is. But I'll see if I can satisfy my curiosity on the internet. I'm no real educated or learn-ed person. I just have wide-ranging appreciation for many subjects, and just amazed at the FAST pace of change in human history since the Industrial Revolution. It doesn't take a university professor to simply notice this amazing fact! Thanks for your VERY impressive exhibit here, your commentarys included of course! Don't need to thank "me!" "You're" the one deserving... Gary in Seattle.

Dearest Suresh, I don't know how I missed this album earlier - it is absolutely stunning! Your landscapes, in-depth descriptions and above all your award-deserving portraits are well up to your usual high standards. Thanks so much for stopping by my California album - I always appreciate your visits and kind words. Hugs and warmest regards, Beth

Dear Suresh, I missed seeing this wonderful album and am happy I now have, in the full-sized image slideshow. The photos are glorious, as always, and your special touch is exhibited in all of your portrait shots. ... I smiled when I read, "One dollah, one dollah." That is what we heard in Israel, except it was "One Amedican dollah." ... Now I'm off to India.......... Hugs, Judy

Dear Suresh, First of all my apologies for not getting to view these pictures sooner I knew they were here but wanted more time to look at and enjoy them than I have had recently. As always your pictures inspire us to be anything like as good as you are Your compositions as always are excellent and your portraits have us all wishing we could do the same :o) Thanks so much for stopping by my latest album. As the decorator I can tell you far more work has gone on than has been shown in those pictures but I have a great sense of achievment now its almost finished. I've always been the decorator and for all those years I didn't feel so well things never really got done like they should have so now I'm making up for it. Take care now and thanks you as ever for one of your excellent albums. Hope you have a great weekend now. Love, Jill

It gives me hope that someone at webshots is still awake, LOL, and is an excellent judge of quality. This whole album deserves a feature, well it is a feature in my book! Cheers and thanks for stopping yesterday and picking your flower. A truly superb album Suresh, and what an experience it must have been to visit this mysterious and exotic place. I read somewhere that some of the Angkor Wat structures were surveyed by ultrasonic tests, and found to be built on and around earlier structures. If true, it simply adds to the mystery and age of this wonderful place.

Hi Suresh, I have just come back to view another slideshow of this most exciting album. These photos show how the world goes around! Nations gain power and prosperity for a while and then lose it through declines, it passes on from nation to nation! Cambodia surely was a prosperous land as seen in these well documented and captured photos. Again I appreciate you sharing these historical treasures with us! As for your recent visit to my Niagara Falls photos at EyeFetch I must say a big thank you for the encouraging and uplifting comments. I am forever trying something different and I suppose that I hit the Jack Pot this time with the paint-like photos after lots of trials and experimentations! I have been meaning to post a collection of Niagara Falls photos here but I am missing some night shots to complete the album which I intend to take soon! Thank you for looking me up at EyeFetch. I have been sick with pneumonia and recently with bronchitis but I am OK and so is my wife. Regards from Paul.

Hi Suresh. You take me to places I can only dream of visiting. Cambodia has long been a place I'd love to see. After viewing this album I want to go there more than ever. I am in awe of these temples. I have to see in them 'up close' one day. Outstanding detailed captures as always. I shall be in Italy for Easter. Shall be visiting Venice, Florence and Rome. It has been a very long time since I was in Venice and Florence and never with a digital camera, so I hope to have fun taking as many photos as is possible. Take care. Kind regards, Jayne xx

Hello Suresh, it is much too long ago since I had some time to answer on your wonderful comments and too comment yours. This album took my breath away in the moment I saw it first. Oh yes, I fully understand you got recklessly trigger happy! Who wouldn't!? This place is huge! It took me 2 sessions to read all the remarkable history you wrote down in the captions - I assume it took you much longer to write it all down. As always I am very thankful for all those remarks. The scenery gets alive with it. I love the pictures of the trees very much. It looks as if nature is taking over. I saw a lot of pictures of these trees before, but you definitely found some more and very impressive angles of it. Extraordinary!!! Your people pictures are my favorites. When I look at those people I always see only smiles. They smile at you. I think you have a very special impact on people.

Suresh, this is an awesome album, which I enjoyed viewing very much. A very ancient land with a civilization that teems in very different architecture, the arts and very unusual carvings. So very different than our western world here in North America. It must be very hot and himid as I see it is very close to the equator. The girls are very pretty, and the young ones look so innocent, as you phrased it. I thank by the way for visiting my new album on skating. Suresh, Where do I even begin to tell you how wonderful your album is? I know you have spent several weeks in preparing it, and my vocabulary just does not contain enough adjectives to express my feelings about it. I know I have flooded your mailbox with comments. It is plain to see that you have put your heart and soul into preparing this album for us, for which I express my sincere gratitude. Your photos capture the beauty of the area and your explanations make them come alive. Your portraits are stunning and captivating and mirror your love of the beauty of the human spirit. In awe and admiration, Carol

Hi Suresh, It is always a pleasure to receive an invitation from you to a new album. Your travelalbums are wonderful as well as educative. As usual I enjoyed it very much. You are a great inspiration for me. The temples are of great beauty and have important historical significane. Inside as well as outside they are magnificent. The people are beautiful and friendly (what is your secret?). The landscape looks like created for these impressive monuments! A feast for the eye! Kind regards my friend, Tjebbe

Suresh, I found this album to be a superb photographic & historical record. You have picked out the detail of those ancient carvings so well. I love the trees, I have several books with photos of them in, wish I could get there myself. Eric

Hi Suresh, this is a fantastic album you've put together here. I don't even want to take a guess at how old some of these carvings and buildings are, and can't imagine how long they took to do. All the best, George
