La Escuela de Bellas Artes, now a university, is right around the corner from our downtown apt. where my husband has his beauty salon! Too bad we hadn't "met" before your cruise, Rafal!

Hello Rafal, I want to thank you for those beautiful pictures of Cartagena, Colombia. I was born there and I have been in the United States for over 20 years,I adore my country, I believe Cartagena is a hidden treasure waiting to be discover your well detailed pictures do that. Nowadays most people are only aware of the bad and unfortunate events that are taking place in Colombia, your albums show that not all is bad. Colombia and its people have a lot to offer. Thank you again!

Hello Rafal, this album is very beautiful and it makes me wish to be there, even it was a bit hot. I see you escaped the cold of Calgary - again. Very well! It is nice you let others participate in this through your pictures and especially through your detailed captions! Thanks for that! And more thanks for the warm rain of messages you sent me about a month ago. It was great to get so much attention! :-) Now I wait for action!! Hopefully you will one day visit Israel. Maybe we could meet!:-) --- Yes the snow at the wailing wall was special. I took the picture a year ago. They have snow every year in Jerusalem, because it lays about 800 meters high. When there is a bit snow the traffic breaks down and in every paper around the globe they tell on the front page, that there has been heavy snow in Jerusalem. --- I am happy you enjoyed the "paczki" in my photos. I enjoy them like you only by looking at them! :-O - I don't know 'chalka', but I know soft egg bread with raisins. --- Thanks also for looking and commenting so intensive on my Armageddon album. Yes, Armageddon then and Israel now are in very strategic place. If people do not learn to make and hold peace it always will be very scary. --- I don't know where we will go next time. I have the plan for our group for this year, but I am not sure if I can always participate. This month I skip because it is my son's 30th birthday on that day. But we will go this year to Caesarea and in summer to Petra, Jordan. These are the places I am waiting for. --- Rafal, I wish you to have a wonderful 2008 - with some more weddings in the family! Weddings are great - even when they are so expensive as they are celebrated today! :-) Take care!! - Galit
