The Sea of Galilee is where Jesus conducted much of his ministry. On the shores of the lake, Jesus called four of his early disciples. Many of his miracles were performed on or around the Sea of Galilee. This album is dedicated to Marra [rosemarra].

yair i loved your photos of where Yeshua walked, where was the Kinneret? Kfar nahum? when i travel to eretz yisrael, we always go to the yardane, to tabgha, ride on the kinneret, i know churches have built places and shrines to remember Him, but Yeshua went to the lowly places, the poor villages, the places where the lowly hung out. i am not being critical. Dear Yair, we only have time to take a peek before going to work, but will return and leave comments on individual photos as soon as possible. Your opening shot took us right back to the Mount of the Beatitudes, when we stood on the hill overlooking the sea of Galilee. Our group of 80 walked the grounds and listened to Scripture while reflecting on the fact that we were literally walking where Jesus had walked. It was an overwhelming realization for all of us - one we will never forget. ... Thank you so much for sharing these photos with us and with all who cannot experience it for themselves. ... Yair, I have to agree with Miriam - this album needs to be featured. It is absolutely fantastic. Marra will be so thrilled for the dedication (just as I was with the album you so graciously dedicated to me). "In the footsteps of Jesus around the Sea of Galilee " is a very meaningful title to us Christians...as we would all love to experience this first-hand. However, since that is not possible, we are even more grateful for your commitment to share the beauties of your country with us.
