Hello Mike, thought I would take a tour of the Washington album whilst I was here and found to my surprise it was I think, more interesting to me anyway, than the Eisenhower album. I realise that there are many years in between the two Presidents but the splendour is there in both the homes even to the slaves quarters. Great setting for this one along the river and can imagine all the stories told on that back porch, well done Mike...Hugs, Shirley

Nice tour of Mt. Vernon! I would suggest and have to anyone who visits the Washington area to make the scenic drive south to Mt. Vernon. Thanks for sharing~ Sam

Thanks for this great tour of Mt. Vernon. We've never been there. I think it is about time for another trip to DC - haven't been there since our son was little. Enjoyed your lovely photos. Have a great week. Carol
