    • Wow, what an album! I am so emotional! I spent my chidhood years in Beit She'an and used to play with my friends in this sight, so to see it all of a sudden on WS was a great surprise, especially that live in the UK now. I would love to come back and look at ALL your images. Thank you and best wishes, Vivien

    • Yair, this is yet another of your wonderful albums full of history in your beloved Israel. I try to imagine what was going on in the western hemisphere in the same time period. Certainly no 6,000 seat theaters! Thank you, as always, for the historical facts accompanying your photos. It looks like you had a private tour time with not a person in sight. ... Judy

    • Dear Yair, thank you for this fabulous trip through the ruins of Bet She'an. It must have been a glorious city during it zenith. The history of the site is extraordinary and very appealing to the historian in me. The architecture reminds me of Greco-Roman influence, and despite the earthquake seems to be well preserved. You are lucky to have had the whole place to yourself. I enjoyed the trip through your pictures. This is a kind of place where I could relax and be totally at peace imagining all its antiquity. Best wishes, Suresh
