Hi Maurizio!!!!! How are you doing??? Great shots!!! You are really good!!! Thanks for congratulating me with “my”photo of the day. The gorgeous orange tinted photo of the meadow with curious sheep and a Dutch windmill on the horizon. However, it is not MY photo. When my camera had to go for repairs and stayed away for many weeks, I collected from Webshots the photos I liked best and I decided to turn those into a WEBSHOTS “gallery album” Of course I took up contact with all photographers and asked them to participate. They were asked to write the text accompanying the photo. In all cases their webshots address was mentioned next to the photo. The gallery was an enormous success and all participants were happy with it. I also made a second Gallery album; big fun again. Caro Maurizio, con te sono arrabbiato, eravamo a 100 Km di distanza, perche' non avvisarmi che avremmo potuto passare una giornata insieme? Avremmo potuto condividere una bella gita sul lago con le nostre mogli. Va bene, diciamo che hai voluto passare una nuova luna di miele con Antonella. Bellissime le fotografie, di luoghi che conosco molto bene perche' ci sono innamorato e tutti gli anni una capatina la faccio. E per farti arrabbiare il prossimo album che pubblichero' sara' appunto della Villa Melzi del 2007. Scherzi a parti, complimenti perche' ha fatto delle foto che sono dei veri gioielli. Dear Maurizio, I am so glad I had a chance to see the real Lago di Como with all of its scenic beauty and hidden places the average tourist will never get to know! I sat back and enjoyed the entire slide show! My only glimpse of the lake was in the nineties on a rush trip toward Lugano and Locarno and into the rest of Switzerland. I saw only a fraction of the area's beauty - the rest was narrow congested roads with trucks and mopeds taking up most of my driving attention. Not the way to see it! Thanks for inviting me to view it - bruno (brunosmi and francismi in WS) ....

My dear friend Maurizio - Como lake together with Amalfi coast are one of my favorits in Italy. Last years I stayed few times at a place opposite Belagio and your album from a place I know very good is just great my friend.
