Album Description:
It's taken me a while to get round to trying HDR but I've finally succumbed and this album is the result. It is an on-going thing so you can expect to see photos added on a fairly regular basis. Most are best viewed large.

Hi Peter,I saw you had added to this album a few days ago and I've been meaning to have a look and give what you wanted,my honest opinion, well overall they seem to have improved tremendously, especially on plain blue skies, just a couple that I made a couple of pointers on but much better overall. I have just finished answering all the comments after a POTD on Thursday,so that's the reason for the delay in seeing your additions,I trust all is well with you, Regards, Rod.

Hi Peter, I like HDR, but have not yet tried it myself. Maybe one day. Until then I will just have to keep looking at your new additions. Randy in Vanocuver

Peter, it was very interesting to watch your experiments with HDR. I hope to play with that in the future, at the moment I cannot even upload to WS the pictures that I already have. It's already 2 months and they still cannot solve the problem... Thank for your very kind greetings on my featured album yesterday, it was great to hear from you again! Wishing you all the best, Yair.

Well done! HDR is quite fun and addicting. One could spend way too much time working on Photomatix. have you tried converting your HDR into black and white? It can produce spectacular b&w images with details. Excellent album!

Hi Peter, thanks for the pointer on the new additions in this ground breaking venture into HDR album of yours. Just a couple of the photos had a tiny saturation problem on the blues or blue to green of the trees but some terrific ones in the additions as well,I only wish I knew a bit more about it so I could perhaps be of assistance but I do so admire you for having a go at something so different and I'd say that the vast majority of them are beauties. Please do keep them coming and a little pointer would be appreciated when you add more, I'm on an even bigger learning curve than you are. I'd also like to say a big thank-you for the re-visit to my Lake District album additions and all the lovely comments,I won't be adding more now that I have 100 on it,so I put a few of the extras on last year's album, I trust you are well, Regards, Rod.

Hi Peter, the album is very nice and the photos are very pretty but i must admit I don't know anything about HDR.I don't even know what HDR stands for I'm afraid.Sorry I can't tell you how good a job your doing because I don't know what it is that your doing.I can say it looks nice to me and it's a great album. What fun you must have had creating this album and I see for a change, that I'm not too late in getting to your newer work. I should be getting ready for work and here I am, wanting to visit with you, instead! Give Betty a warm Florida hug for me, will ya? ... Love, Judy

Thank you for sharing this wonderful album, Peter! Personally I'm not yet quite convinced on HRD! For my feeling your album would have been great also without using HRD tools! Go on making attempts with this method! Perhaps we need a special monitor for judging the real improvements given by HRD!? All the best! Klaus

Hi Pete! I don't know much, make that anything about HDR but I think you have got off to a great start. I particularly like your shots with both gum trees and the river in them. Keep it up mate! Cheers Al

Hey there stranger! Well done you for having ago at this I keep reading different things about doing HDR but as yet I haven't been that tempted to really have a go at it I've too many other things on the go at the mo But I must say I'm sure one of these days I will. I think fo your fist experiments these are really good. Seem the sky doesn't look quite right in a few though and not sure what can be done about that. I'm one busy girl as always and am busy getting my own website together and its nearly ready to reveal to the world ;-/ I'll let you know when it is. Roberto is the real expert with HDR I've a feeling he uses a certain programme to do the process. Love and Hugs to you and Betty, Jill
