I see dear Marlene, you captured the very soul of what is Los Angeles....ART, FLOWERS, OCEAN, BLUE SKY...I kept writign hoem to mom that the sky is just as color as her eyes...she told me to try to not mention in each letter her eyes and the sky....To me that sky was freedom...was heaven...and haven...Never was too hot...never was too cold in Los Angeles...its climate is lovely...its prizes skyhigh:)Its charm is priceless...

Hi Marlene, I was in LA about two years ago. I was amazed by the number of homeless people but would go back in a minute. We spent time in Santa Monica too. Night time on 3rd street was worth the trip alone....
