Album Description:

Is it possible to 'see' a city in 4 hours? With such limited time, I had planned on hopping off and on one of the sightseeing buses, but London traffic is so horrendous that I decided to do it all on foot. I need to return someday to see everthing I misse

  • Great album you have a very good eye. You are right about London we were there for three days and did not even come close to see everything that we wanted to see. But it is a great city and we’ll be back some day soon.

  • Wow... this is incredible Jayne capturing London in 4 hrs! Exciting city, well done. I enjoyed each and every photo. Amazing with all the threatening dark clouds about, you still seemed to capture everything with excellence and most photos with the sun shining! Also noticing detailed things that probably most people including myself would just walk past. Thanks for sharing your trip. Regards Kathy NZ

  • Hi Jayne - I send you warm sunshine from The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village, Destin Florida USA - I recently visited your photos and enjoyed them very much - We should be Webshots friends - Please visit my page and invite me as I cannot invite people because Webshots has blocked me from inviting people because I am too friendly - If you get some time, please take a look at what I’ve been doing – Many of my photos have been featured - All my art starts as a normal digital photograph – But, I think you might be surprised that I do not use any special digital manipulation software to create it – I pride myself on only using the basic rudimentary tools provided with my Canon camera – ZoomBrowser – I only tweak contrast, saturation, brightness and color tone curve adjustments to achieve the desired effect – The use of ChromaDepth 3D glasses great enhances the effect – Thanks - - Hugs - - Larry

  • Jayne, thanks for this quick tour to London! I haven't been there for more than 30 years, excluding few hours in the airport... Your pictures remind me that it's about time to visit again! Thanks for sharing these pictures and I hope that you will have another 4 hours soon to add more pictures... Take care, Yair.

  • Thanks for this pleasant walk through London, Jayne. It's such a great city, four hours can only be a tease. But you've really caught the essence - old world charm and modern additions all rolled into a royal city. Brava! Big hugs, Beth

  • Dear Jayne, London in 4 hours certainly is quite a tall order but I think you have managed to put your own personal slant on the sights of London So glad you at least had some sunshine during your visit It seems to be rationed somewhat right now. Hope all is ok with you, Love and Hugs Jill

  • Jayne: Thanks for sharing. I especially like the shots of the dark clouds and blue sky behind Big Ben. Living in the Midwest in the USA I've never been to London or to England for that matter. Because you share your wonderful albums, I'm able to visit England as often as I wish! Thanks again! Ellen

  • Hi Jayne..I loved looking at the rest of the photos here. THanks for adding to the album. I love the buildings and the palace and the royal coach. I am a royal lover I'm afraid. I had scrapbooks since I was a little girl then they were lost in a move when i was a teen. All the newspaper clippings etc. from when the Queen became Queen. Thank you for all your nice comments in Bonnie's album too. I'm afraid she is so spoiled. hugs, Barbara
