Oh Iris, didn't any one stop him, gosh I couldn't just watch, of course it had to be a shock, gosh who would expect this kind of cruelty. It breaks my heart to hear of this, for a poor animal so defenseless, Too bad they don't have laws against cruelty as we do here in the USA. Did the guests that witnessed this act, send a letter signed by all to the appropriate people of this incident. But then we have to be careful in another country, but if they want tourists to come back, these complaints work. Food bad, guess not the hotel to go back to. So sorry you had to see this and ended up with a nightmare vacation. I love animals so much, it hurts to know this happens, but not to know is one thing, but to see it happen is frightening, just hug you pets and love them like no other. Deanie PS.
