  • I like what you've done here, Shirley. Western (and Civil War reenactments) lend themselves to this treatment so easily. Even though the tones are sepia, a bit of color 'lurks' in some (like the green desert). :D ... I love the contrasts in your church shots. We visited the SW for the first time in 1994 and I didn't know if I'd EVER get used to the lack of greenery. At the end of a six week trip, I found the subtle colors stunning! Hugs, Judy

I must confess that I am no great fan of sepia, being addicted to full colour, but you have demonstrated in this fine album that it can be just as effective, if not even more so, than full colour in certain situations.
