Another great album, Mary Ann! You have taken wonderful and scenic pictures of Sagada and the Cordilleras. Really enjoyed viewing them. This reminds me of my short visit in 2004. I want to go back soon! Thanks for sharing .... Best regards, Luis

Hi Mary Ann. Thanks for this documentary album of the remote Sagada town and its caves. Walking through your album made me feel like I was there. The notes also help because you served as a tour guide each step of the way. Regards from San Diego.

Maryan, Thank you very much for this dedication, a very fine album showing the many aspects of Sagada, your photos are breaktaking to say the least, explaining all is always nice to see throughout an album. I can just about smell the pine trees and I'd bet the caves cooled you off enough to make it a nice barefoot trek through the underground. We have caves south of here, but wouldn't be walked through without shoes, as the deposits are sharp. These stalatites and stalagmites in your cavee look smooth to me. Anyway, thank you again for the dedication. My best regards to you and yours. Take care, little girl. ron

Sagada is a 5th class municipality in the province of Mountain Province, Philippines. It is located 275 km. north of Manila, 140 km. from Baguio, and it is adjacent to Bontoc, the provincial capital. Sagada is famous for its "hanging coffins". Popular activities include trekking, exploring both caves and waterfalls, spelunking, bonfires, picnics, rappelling, visiting historical sites, nature hikes, and participating in tribal celebrations.
