This is such a wonderful collection of images, I had to play the slideshow twice. I love the Pacific coast, and thought Robert photographed well and his silhouette especially enhanced the sundown pics. Check the album title as it does not match the spelling in the tag. As for Ranger and Rising Star, I grew up in Abilene. My family was driving through Ranger when the highway used to actually go through town and Susan and I stopped there recently to have dinner on our way back from Albany. When I was in the Army at Ft. Hood, I traveled home nearly every weekend along 36, so have been at the Rising Star crossroads multiple times. If you look in my Creative Challenges album there is the house of Robert E. Howard taken just down the road in Cross Plains.
