Liebe Lorella, wieder hast du ein absolut gelungenes und wunderschoenes Album kreiert mit so vielen herrlichen Aufnahmen. Ich habe zweimal die Diashow genossen und kann nur staunen ueber deine Fotokunst und Kreativitaet. DANKE, Lorella! Ganz gewiss verdienen die einzelnen Bilder eine eingehende Betrachtung (mit Kommentaren), aber leider fehlt mir dazu momentan die Zeit. Ich will spaeter wiederkommen und dies nachholen. (Habe gerade mein zweites Marokko-Album in Arbeit, was ich ganz schoen schwierig finde; es braucht noch Zeit.) Bis bald wieder, Lorella ... Ciao und liebe Gruesse! Erika

Hallo Lorella, danke fuer das reich bestueckte Album von Erfurt. Es macht mir Spass Deine schoenen Bilder zu betrachten und ich sehe, dass es noch viel in Erfurt zu entdecken gibt. on so il tedesco! pero' tu si' ed allora ecco cosa ho trovato:Das Haus zum Breiten Herd ist ein Bürgerhaus der Renaissance am Nordrand des Fischmarkts (Nummer 13) in der Altstadt von Erfurt. Es zählt zu den prachtvollsten und bekanntesten Renaissancebauten der Stadt. Das Haus zum Breiten Herd wurde 1584 im Auftrag des Stadtvogts und Ratsmeisters Heinrich von Denstedt errichtet. 1734 wurde das Haus mit dem ehemaligen Nachbarhaus „Zum Stötzel“ vereinigt. Die polychrome Fassadengestaltung der Renaissance wurde 1968 rekonstruiert. An der Fassade befinden sich im ersten Stock personifizierte Darstellungen der fünf Sinne, die nach Vorlagen von Frans Floris aus Antwerpen gestaltet wurden. In den Giebeln der Fenster der oberen Etagen befinden sich Gaffköpfe. Auf der Spitze des Hauses ist eine Figur aufgestellt, die einen Landsknecht verkörpert. Der Fassadenschmuck wurde in der Werkstatt von Hans Friedemann dem Älteren hergestellt. Hinter dem Haus zum Breiten Herd befindet sich ein barockes Sommerhaus von 1727 mit Saal auf dem Grundstück. Außerdem war das Haus zum Breiten Herd Vorbild des Gildehauses, das 1882/83 im Stil der Neorenaissance direkt neben dem Breiten Herd errichtet wurde (Hausnummern 14-16). Bei einem Brand am 17. Juli 2008 im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss wurde das Haus zum Breiten Herd beschädigt.
