Hello Henri & Josee. What a delightful town full with so much charm and character.I love the quaintness of the narrow cobbled streets. I must say I have never heard of Durbuy even though I worked in Belgium for 4 years when I was a young girl. Thank you so much for stopping by my featured album today and all the zillions of photo comments you so kindly left for me. They were a joy to read and I really appreciated you taking the time to let me know you called. Next week I leave for Italy and I'll be away for over 3 weeks. Henri, Josee, mes amies, my precious friends. Durbuy is so very nice and a interesting small town. I so much loved my visit with you. What the old stones didn't tell me, you dear Henri knew so many things about the old history of this fantastic place. Thank you for sharing your great pictures with us. Many thanks as well for your si gentils commentaires you have left in my Bern album. Feel glad and happy you liked. What you thought was a lift, indeed it is. By this lift i went down to the old part of the town.Then stepped the old covered wood steps up to the bridge. And, yes i am biking (wie verrueckt)! lol No, no only on wee-kends, because here where we live nearly top on the hill, there is about 15% Steep hill upwards. After i allready biked smaller hills and about round 3 to 4 hours, it is then too much quasy like (un Dessert). lol I let having Jean such pleasures!!!! lol But to day we stayed at home, as it rains some times.
