  • John, what a fabulous album of the enchanting island of Mykonos! I first visited the island in 1960 as a student, when there were no hotels there. I stayed with a Greek family as a paying guest, and spent a whole week. I returned there the next year and spent two weeks. Mykonos was a sleepy fishing village then. The fishermen used to buy me ouzo while spending time on the wharf in the evenings. I understand the place has been totally overrun with tourists nowadays. However, your excellent pictures conjure up the magic of Mykonos which has been etched in my memory. Thank you for this. Best wishes, Suresh

  • I am pleased to be the first to provided comments on this wonderful album. It epitomizes everything that I pictured about Greece! I especially love the windmills, but the white buildings, flowers, streets and gay colors only emphasize what Greece is all about. Congratulations on a wonderful album.
