Album Description:
On Nov 23, 2009, my son & I witnessed this festival in Angono, Rizal - a small town beside Laguna de Bay lake. It was an enjoyable feast of colorful sights of gayly dressed giants, & wondrous cacophony of sounds from many marching bands!

Hi Mary Ann! Thanks for the info that explains why some of the giants have Caucasian features. The origin of this festival that explains the relationship between the landlords and the local folks is also helpful! Combine that with the composition of the photos and you have a docu-album that is a winner! It looks like this town near the bay has recovered from the recent onslaught of typhoons and I am thankful for that.
