Hi Art, Your portrait of the cuban daily life was very interesting. The old cars, old houses and the people playing dominos, very well done. I enjoyed the tour. Greetings, Tjebbe

This is a charming and nostalgic set of beautiful photographs. I particularly liked those of the architecture and the classic cars. Except for the very few modern intrusions, it seems like life must have been at the turn of the last century. Thanks for bringing them to us and for your kind words about my "Places and Things". "Starry Night at Yosemite…" was taken over 20 years ago and I don't remember the exact exposure, but it was well over a minute. I basically maximized the ASA setting in my camera and got an exposure reading. I used the actual film ASA to compute the starting exposure time. I then bracketed three times each way and got one good shot and six throwaways. Paul in FL.

Interesting glimpses of life in Cuba! The country is so close to us geographically - yet we see and hear very little of it. Your album gives a good insight. Best wishes, bruno from Florida
