  • Bill: Gorgeous photos! I'm just happy there are people out there who wander the rural countryside in awe the way I do. Thanks also for your kind comments about my gallery. I really appreciate the encouragement. --Mark

  • Hello Bill, I really enjoyed your barns of the Shenandoah Valley. I enjoy the old barns, I hope to get a few this year. I have been getting a few of the old Mail Pouch Barns. I will return from time to time to take a look. Take care now and until next time... Darrell

  • Beautiful barns Bill! I especially liked the round barns found in Indiana. Since you like Covered Bridges as well you should visit Parke County and their 30 plus bridges. You might also be interested in a red v shaped barn located on State road 59 in southern Parke county. ...again great photos!!

  • Bonjour Bill, these are definitely beautiful and majestic barns, everyone of them is special but the one in Shenandoah Valley is just amazing, thank you for your kind words and your informative comments on my covered bridges album, most of Quebec bridges are from plans brought by Loyalists who moves from New England in the early 1800 (That's what i've been said.)Back to your superb barns, would it be asking you too much to tell me where exactly in Quebec the rusty and the hip shake roof barns are situated, thanks and Have a great day!Luc

  • Thanks for your comments on my barn pics, Bill. Though coming here and seeing the beautiful pics you have is humbling. I am mainly a landscape freak, but I just became enthralled with all theold abandoned barns near my family's summer home in NW Michigan. I'll be baCK FOR MROE NEXT SUMMER.
