Christmas 2002. La Antigua is the old colonial capital. El Agua volcano looms over the cobbled streets and the active El Fuego smoulders to the west. Tikal was the largest of the Mayan cities and is now shrouded in a jungle teeming with wildlife.

You left a comment on my email about the proper descriptions of the animals in the Peruvian rainforest and I appreciate it. I will get those corrected ASAP. As I was looking up your pictures, my jaw almost dropped, as I am writing you I am in Guatemala, just having gotten back from TIKAL!!!! Funny how small this world is. I will have those new pictures up soon so you can look at them and compare and contrast!!! And no, not a fetish, its just that I have beautiful feet!!!
