Hi...my family and I were in Zaanse Schans in march 2005, and we loved it soooo much...besides Keukenhof, this is our favorite place in the Netherlands, though I am sure there are thousand more nice places which we havent got the opportunity (..yet...) to visit.....love your pics!! Hello Anna, Believe I missed this one on my other visits. Love this little village too. There is something that gives a little tug to my heart when I view these quaint little villages in your beautiful country that you so greatly display in your photos. Maybe it's the small about of Dutch in my bloodline from my fathers side. Who know what causes the feeling we sometimes have. Always make one wonder??? Je hebt op sommige momenten in mijn schoenen gestaan:-). Mooie foto's. Mooi van compositie en kleur. Je had het weer ook mee. De foto's 15-18 met de details van de molens vind ik ook erg mooi. Je kunt goed zien dat het nog voorjaar is door zowel de rust en doordat er nog weinig bladeren aan de bomen zitten. Daardoor kun je alles goed zien. Mieke
