I love your photos. I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ but both of my parents are from South Jersey, growing up we spent many a summer visiting Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and numerous cousins @ the shore. Looking at these pictures takes me to a very happy time and place.

Thanks for all these great photos!I may have been a New Yorker most of my life but my favorite places in the world are on the Jersey Shore!As a kid it was Point Pleasant Beach and the saltwater pool at Jenkinson's.In my 20's it was Spring Lake,Belmar, and Sea Girt.Now it's 2 weeks in Wildwood Crest/Cape May every summer for 25 years.And Ocean Grove is a frequent delightful daytrip.~~~See,your photos have me waxing poetic,and chomping at the bit for lots of time at the Jersey Shore---SOON!!!

Thanks for the view of today's Jersey Shore. I hadn't been back there since the mid 1970s, when the neighborhood was razed to make way for the park. I live in Long Branch at 36 Joline, now, I understand, the entrance to Seven Presidents Beach. We could see the ocean, beach and jetty from our beach house, rented during senior year at Monmouth. Kind of makes me sad to know it's no longer there.
