I think that for those of us who have actually been to TWC, we feel a sort of "bond" with them...silly, in a way, because they were just concrete and steel...or were they? The Twin Towers were always a national treasure of sorts, making those towers instantly recognizable to the entire world that they were New York..they were America...they were what stood as symbols of democracy and freedom. And I for one felt it as a personal attack because I had been there, on a few diffrent occasions, and felt as if I "owned" a piece of them just from having been there. Does that make sense? It made me feel as though. "These towers represent us to the world..they are ours..and now they are a little bit mine, too." I miss them...and I will never forget the day they fell to terrorists, whose value of human life is obviously less than our own. Thanks for sharing this wonderful album, and bringing back memories of happier times.

Nice pics but we should think why people did what they did to the WTM and if the political games after that manage to do something better for the future. I think not. I am afraid that things like that will go on if the US goverment keep on trying to control the whole world.

I wanted to say that I loved your pictures of the twin towers. They are so dear to my heart, and the loss is just so horrible. Glad you were able to capture such beautiful shots before they were taken away. God Bless everyone that we lost!!!!
