Dreier Cabin: this was a nice old building, it stood there looking intact for decades after the '64 quake; i have a photo of it from 1985 with the still roof up; but the ceiling was on the floor inside! hope no sleeping tourists were in there... one instant headache!

I've been flying up and down Turnagain Arm using Microsoft FS2000 and the recently available terrainmesh scenery. Landed at Hope a couple of times and I thought it would be nice to find out more about that place. Virtual holidays must be getting closer. :-) When I did a search on Hope I never expected to find such a treasure trove of information and pictures. It looks a fabulous place.
