We stayed at the house at the end of July beginning of August 07. We usually have a couple of holidays in France a year. Before booking I spoke to Vicky and her husband John(The House Managers) - they were both exceptionally helpful. I am writing this after reading djinnb comments. I've had a look at the pictures on Ebay and the only changes that I can see, there is a fence around the pool - which is inline with French Laws and also the house has been redecorated. All of the appliances were up to date. One nice touch is that the house has it's own telephone for local use - any problems and I would Vicky or John. The house was excellent value for the amount being charged. Would I go back? Without a doubt!! We had a great relaxing time.

I rented this house after seeing it on ebay. The photos looked very inviting and at that price I was sold. Once we got there, it was an other story. The house did NOT look at ALL like it had on the photos. It was a major let down. The inside of the house is very awkward as it only has 2 bathrooms for 11 people. I rented to house for 2 weeks and spent 5 days dealing with broken appliances. The one toilet was broken, the washing machine was broken and the dishwasher machine was leaking and so old that it had to be replaced. Overall, charming people manage the property however not the kind of holiday that we had anticipated.
