Picture taken in 1987, Bremerton, WA at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard where the Missouri was mothballed till the Persion Gulf War. It returned after the war and then was mothballed again until the Navy decided it would be better to send it to Hawaii, to be near the Arizona,where it can be viewed by less people who can't travel that far. Glad we got to see it and go on it before it left the mainland.
