Cappadocia is a dry arid semi desert land with occasional bushes and small apricot trees in which pyramidal rocks are scattered. It is the land of troglodyte dwellings where people lived in holes carved out of the rocks. The rocks are so soft that people were able to dig holes in them with a spoon.
