In this competition a small ore cart is pushed about 20 yards on its track by the team, then a chosen miner will shovel gravel into the cart until it's full. Once full the team will push it back to the starting point and time will be called and measured. Here, the "World Champion All Around Miner" who flew in from Idaho, shovels gravel into the cart. If you look closely, you'll see that there's a scoop of gravel in the air and he's scopping another one. BTW, his team won this event
