Album Info:

These were the prettiest birds on island and from my understanding, they mate for life. A little grooming going on in this shot. In addition to the 350 Seabees, there was a small contingent of Brits on island since Diego is owned by the UK. There was a population of wild chickens throughout the island and while you might have been tempted to grab one and rustle up dinner, getting caught meant a $300 fine since the chickens were considered "subjects of the crown."
