from Puno we took a night bus to Cuzco. this is the Plaza the Armas in Cuzco. every town in peru has a plasa de armas, but this is probably the nicest. its always full of people and happenings. On new years eve, we came here, and the place was packed with people throwing fire crackers and running around the plasa in a manic race. we joined them and after one lap we driffted to a nearby alley, scared to death and thenkful for being still alive. these people are crazy!
