the mountains that surround MP are also amazing in their shape and size. this one, hosts a small town called- Aguas Calientes (hot water), and it is our destination after the MP. however, a week earlier, there was a big landslide near the town, and luckily no one got hurt. while we were at the top of the MP mountain, we heard 4 big BOOM's and we saw smoke coming from the Aguas Caliente direction. we were afraid that we might get stuck on the MP for the night. later, we found out what happend
