This is O'Neil's Surf Shop, which is pretty famous if you're a surfer or Hobie Catter. To the left is the beach and the breakwater leading into Santa Cruz's harbor. Behind O'Neil's is the Crow's Nest restaurant...with great food and a beautiful view of the harbor and Pacific Ocean-yum!
