In northern California, when you see a car with one of these grille badges on it, you can know that it's a badge of status. The car belongs to a person who's a property owner in the ultra exclusive Del Monte Forest of Pebble Beach. There are several guarded gates to this beautiful area. People are permitted to drive through and look, for a fee, during daylight hours. This badge permits access 24 hours a day. This car was parked in front of the Crow's Nest Restaurant at Santa Cruz harbor.
