There are a total of 12 pyrmids, three that are very large in the shape of ziggarats, one in the shape of a scorpion that can only been seen from the sky, and the rest are smaller . There are also small burial mounds which was they way that the higer class indians were buried. Due to the size of the scorpion pyramid and the ability of only being able to see the pattern from the sky, there is much belief that there was communication between the Cochasqui and extraterresitals.
